Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a no quibble full refund guarantee.
Contact us at contact@barneyandmax.co.uk. let us know your problem and we'll take it from there.
We'll need you to return your bag with all the food inside to get your full refund. We'll refund you the full cost of delivery once we have received the bag. See returns below.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, let us know within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation of your order. We will do everything we can to cancel the order before dispatch.
Returns
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that you are responsible for the delivery charge of your return back to our warehouse, please provide proof of delivery cost and share it with us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you when your refund was actioned. You'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days from receipt of your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
